**Job Title: Retail Sales Associate (RSA) Trainer**

**Locations**: Chapra (Bihar)
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 (Negotiable based on experience)

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct Training**: Deliver both theoretical and practical training sessions on retail sales techniques, store operations, and customer service.
- **Create Training Materials**: Develop and update training modules, presentations, and job aids that align with current industry best practices.
- **Monitor Training Progress**: Track the progress of trainees and ensure they meet performance benchmarks before certification.
- **Maintain Records**: Keep accurate records of all training sessions, feedback, and progress reports.
- **Safety and Standards**: Ensure that all staff are trained on store policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
**Option 1**:

- **Qualification**: 12th Grade + Store Operations/Sales Operations
- **Total Experience**: Minimum 4 years of experience in retail sales or store operations

**Option 2**:

- **Qualification**: 12th Grade + Store Operations/Sales Operations + Teaching Experience
- **Total Experience**: Minimum 4 years
- **Operations Experience**: Minimum 2 years
- **Teaching Experience**: Minimum 2 years

**Option 3**:

- **Qualification**: Graduation + Store Operations/Sales Operations
- **Total Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or store operations

**Option 4**:

- **Qualification**: Graduation + Store Operations/Sales Operations + Teaching Experience
- **Total Experience**: Minimum 2 years
- **Operations Experience**: Minimum 1 years
- **Teaching Experience**: Minimum 1 years

**Skills Required**:

- **Retail Operations Knowledge**: Strong understanding of retail sales processes, store management, and inventory systems.
- **Teaching Skills**: Ability to teach, mentor, and guide individuals in a professional and engaging manner.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- **Sales Expertise**: Knowledge of sales techniques, customer service, and sales strategies in a retail environment.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to organize training schedules and manage multiple sessions simultaneously.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to address trainees' concerns effectively.
