- **Sales Target Achievement**:

- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for non-food consumer products in assigned regions.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients while acquiring new customers through proactive sales efforts.
- **Market Analysis**:
Identify market trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies. Provide regular reports on market insights.Effectively present and demonstrate product features and benefits to retail buyers, distributors, and other customers.Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company's product portfolio, pricing structures, and promotions to address customer queries and concerns.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of clients, highlighting the advantages of the non-food products.Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, stock management, and delivery scheduling in coordination with the operations team.Regularly update the CRM system with customer information, sales activities, and feedback. Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.Work closely with the marketing team to align on promotional activities and with the logistics team to ensure timely product deliveries.Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to generate new leads and enhance brand visibility.**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. (preferred)
- **Experience**:
At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in non-food consumer products, FMCG, or retail sales.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate and close sales deals
- Excellent presentation and networking skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- **Travel**:
