We are creating a "Venture Studio" for Digital Health - an innovation platform that builds transformative healthcare companies from scratch by discovering disruptive opportunities in healthcare. Distinct from the venture capital and accelerator approach, our venture studio will be closely involved in idea generation, day-to-day operations, and strategic decisions of growing the new business.

**What You Will Do?**

You will be a strategic enabler of organization’s **talent and functional playbooks strategy and operations**.

**Hiring**

You will be the key internal influencer to GTM Head/Founders to hire competently for their core execution team across non-tech roles such as Sales, Operations, Clinic Staff etc.. Key Roles and Responsibilities include:

- Understanding talent requirements to execute business
- Own talent Acquisition Channels such as Linkedin, IIMJobs, Naukri etc. for generating Hiring inbound leads
- Identify and develop business relationships with talent agencies and project manage end-to-end recruitment process based on a spike in business/talent requirements

**Playbooks**

You will shadow GTM head and Growth and BizOps leads to craft compelling playbooks across Phygital/Omnichannel Marketing, Sales, Operations, and customer experience. Key roles and responsibilities include:

- Shadow GTM head during strategy and execution meetings for various business functions across sales, marketing, and operations
- Act as a soundboard and create compelling “best practices/playbooks” to document strategies and processes that work and produce favorable business outcomes
- Create and deliver powerful presentations to team members (internal/external) and increase the adoption of playbooks in daily operations across the board

**Requirements**:
**Pre-requisites**
- Education in Business Administration OR Human Resources from a tier 1 institute
- 2-4 years of experience in special projects/new initiatives in a start-up
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Strong EQ and people management skills
- Excellent presentation and oratory skills
- Intrinsic drive to learn new areas/tools and disseminate learnings to larger audiences
- Problem solving mindset
- Ambitious and comfortable with fast-pace environment
