We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to be the first point of contact for our valued customers. The CRE will be responsible for ensuring a positive and efficient service experience, building strong customer relationships, and effectively managing customer interactions from initial inquiry to vehicle handover. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with a passion for customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Customer Reception and Interaction
- Service Coordination
- Customer Follow-up and Relationship Management
- Problem Solving and Complaint Handling
- Workshop Presentation and Administration

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive or service industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Tamil and English (knowledge of other local languages is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to listen actively and empathize with customer concerns.
- Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
