We are currently looking for a talented **Graphic Designer** to join our dynamic design team.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**:

- Design product graphics, logos, branding, and promotional materials (banners, posters, brochures, etc.) **using CorelDraw**.
- Create visually attractive designs for sports products like uniforms, balls, bats, shoes, etc.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to ensure consistency of design and branding across all products.
- Develop product packaging designs and graphics that align with brand guidelines.
- **Product Customization & Visualization**:

- Customize and adjust designs based on product specifications and client requirements.
- Create 3D product visualizations and mockups for client presentations and internal purposes.
- Work on sports apparel, merchandise, and other product-related graphics.
- **Branding & Identity**:

- Maintain and enhance the brand identity through design elements, ensuring all visual representations reflect the company’s core values and image.
- Work on the creation and development of new logos, fonts, and other brand materials.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure all design materials are of the highest quality, consistent with company standards, and ready for production.
- Make necessary revisions and adjustments based on feedback from the design lead or other departments.
- **Collaborative Work**:

- Communicate with other departments (marketing, production, R&D, etc.) to stay aligned with design needs and product innovations.
- Present and explain design ideas to stakeholders and clients, incorporating feedback as required.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a sports manufacturing or related industry.
- Experience in creating product designs, packaging, and branding.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in **CorelDRAW** and other design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and design principles.
- Ability to create vector-based designs, including logos, icons, and product illustrations.
- Understanding of digital printing and manufacturing processes.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Personal Traits**:

- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability to work on different types of projects.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

**Additional Desirable Skills**:

- Knowledge of sports equipment design trends and industry standards.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling and product rendering software.
- Experience in creating designs specifically for sporting goods or similar industries.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
