Medical Representative

**Job Title**: Medical Representative (Ophthalmic Products)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell ophthalmic products to **ophthalmologists, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies** in the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with doctors, medical professionals, and stockists.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
- Conduct **product demonstrations, presentations, and training** for healthcare professionals.
- Monitor **market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback** to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure proper **inventory management** and **timely follow-ups** on orders and payments.
- Submit regular **sales reports and market insights** to the management.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience as a **Medical Representative** (preferably in ophthalmic or pharmaceutical sales).
- **Education**: Minimum **Bachelor’s degree in Science / Pharmacy / Business Administration** or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Strong **communication and negotiation skills**.
- Ability to **build relationships** with doctors and pharmacists.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
