**Key Responsibilities**
**-Client Support**:
Assist in understanding client requirements and translating them into preliminary design concepts and working drawings under senior architect guidance.
**-Space Planning & Design**:
Support the creation of functional floor plans that optimize space utilization while adhering to design principles.
**-Elevation Design Assistance**:
Help develop building elevations in line with client expectations and budget constraints.
**-Regulatory Compliance**:
**-Presentation & Project Documentation**:
Prepare design presentations and supporting documentation to aid in client approvals and project execution.
**-Revit Library Management Support**:
Assist in maintaining and updating Revit libraries to improve workflow efficiency.
**-BOQ Preparation Support**:
Help generate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) using Revit for cost estimation and resource planning.
**-Cross-functional Collaboration**:
Work closely with senior architects, sales teams, and operations to ensure smooth project execution.
**-Consultant Coordination Support**:
Collaborate with external consultants, such as structural engineers, to incorporate technical inputs into design solutions.

**Requirements**:

- B. Arch. and/or M. Arch. degree mandatory
- Minimum 1-year experience designing floor plans, elevations, Design concepts etc.
- Software Skills - Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD. Knows develop families in Revit and maintain library of the same.
- Sketchup, Photoshop, GLIMP & AI tools like Prome AI is added benefit
- Experience in following design phases
- Concept closure, Design Development and producing Tender drawing
- Expert in verbal & written communication

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
