Plastic Part Designer

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborating with other departments such as engineering, sales, and marketing to understand customer needs and requirements
- Designing and developing plastic parts using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Creating and maintaining detailed technical drawings and specifications
- Conducting testing and validation of plastic parts to ensure they meet quality and performance standards
- Providing technical support and guidance to other departments
- Collaborating with suppliers and vendors to source materials and components
- Communicating with production teams to ensure parts can be manufactured efficiently and cost-effectively
- Keeping track of performance metrics and reporting on progress to senior management

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in plastic part design within the plastic injection molding industry
- Strong knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) software and engineering principles
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and take calculated risks

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
