**Job Title**: Executive - Internal Auditor (Male)

**Experience**:Minimum 2 years in the manufacturing industry**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct periodic **Process & System Audits**, **Operation Audits**, **Management Audits**, and **Stock Audits** to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Perform **surprise audits** or investigations as directed by management, ensuring transparency and identifying any risks or inefficiencies.
- Coordinate with unit auditors and prepare consolidated reports highlighting key issues and corrective actions.
- Ensure the effective implementation of **action plans** and track their closure.
- Conduct **Pre-Payroll Audits** and **Stock Audits** to ensure accurate reporting.
- Analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, reports, and data, providing assistance in **risk-based audits**.
- Prepare and present comprehensive **audit reports**, documenting audit findings, and ensuring all processes are clearly communicated.
- Maintain open communication with responsible persons across different departments, as well as the **Internal Audit Manager**, to discuss audit findings and action plans.
- Stay updated on **rules, regulations**, and best practices, and continuously improve knowledge of audit tools and techniques.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of **2 years of experience** in the **internal audit** function within a **manufacturing industry**.
- Strong **communication skills** and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams.
- **Willingness to travel** to branches as required (termly travel).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
