- To provide proactive support to Collection / Recovery team & FOS agencies.
- Support to collection team flows and recovery and ensuring minimum collection as per the set target to him through:

- lok Adalath.
- Conciliation camp.
- Loss on Sale collections.
- 138.
- Through police complaints.
- Through execution proceedings.
- Management/development of District Legal executives Pan India.
- Special focus on NPA hard bucket support and its collections.
- Knowledge & hands on experience in Arbitration & Conciliation Act
- Knowledge & hands on experience in Negotiable Instrument Act
- Knowledge & hands on experience in Execution Proceedings
- Hands on experience in handling police complaints.
- Managing the Lok Adalat & Conciliation Camps activities in multiply states.
- Should have handled mortgage products in current or previous job profile
- Should have handled Loss on Sale accounts.
- Coordinating with empaneled lawyers for Lok Adalat & conciliation camps
