Job Role: OpenText ECS - Configuration, Admin resource

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Good communication and ability to work with distributed teams and ECS vendor support to analyze issues, optimize and help stabilize open production issues.
- Problem solver - ability to review trace files, recommend sizing and leading practices as per the product. Able to collaborate with EDI teams, SAP teams to analyze issues caused in EDI rejections, failures etc.
- Experienced resource who has setup ECS working with the EDI, Infrastructure teams with the experience of optimize, production support using SAP source system data.
- Experience in setting up new and able to configure, optimize and troubleshoot production issues.
- ECS Management Console - Ability to set up new and analyze Input channels, output channels.
- ECS Data Administration - Ability to configure and administer.
- ECS Translation maps - Configure source, target and create, modify maps.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹70,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
