**Who You Are (Really)**:

**You**:

- Have 2-5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills — but never stopped learning.
- Designer, researcher, storyteller, problem-solver — you switch roles seamlessly.
- Think strategically, act empathetically.
- Can design an intuitive user flow and spot a usability issue before it frustrates users.
- Are not afraid of complex design challenges, but you solve them with creativity and precision.
- Can speak design principles, user psychology, interaction patterns, and visual aesthetics — all in one breath.
- Know when to be a guide and when to be a disruptor.

**Bonus If You’ve**:

- Helped an organization build a strong design system and brand identity.
- Conducted user research and testing to validate design decisions.
- Led design initiatives in high-growth tech/startup environments.
