**Job Title**: Research Associate - Synthesis R&D

**Department**: Research & Development

**Qualification**: M.Sc. Chemistry / Organic Chemistry

**Location: Kukatpally**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform **multi-step organic synthesis** and reaction setups as per project requirements
- Carry out **reaction monitoring** using TLC, HPLC, GC, LC-MS, NMR, etc.
- Perform **work-up, isolation, purification** techniques (Column chromatography, recrystallization)
- Maintain laboratory records, prepare experimental reports and documentation
- Support **route scouting, process optimization** and scale-up studies
- Handle chemicals safely and follow all lab safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members and assist senior scientists in R&D activities
- Maintain **chemical inventory, equipment logs and GLP standards**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
