**Role and Responsibilities**
- Direct technicians and other staff in chemical processing and testing, including for ingredients, mixing times, and operating temperatures
- Analyze substances to determine their composition and concentration of elements
- Identify and describe the required infrastructure of lab tools needed for training, project execution, and future growth
- Conduct tests on materials and other substances to ensure that safety and quality standards are met
- Write technical reports that detail methods and findings
- Assigning tasks to junior chemists, managing them, and assessing their performance
- Collaborates with interdepartmental teams
- Participate in R&D development programs, including attending program meetings
- Read and understand analytical procedures (compendial and client supplied) and internal SOPs

**Skills Required**:

- Design of experiment techniques
- Analytical and Problem solving
- knowledge of Industry trends
- Team Management
- Chemistry
- Formulation based on practical use of physical chemistry properties and methods
- Good Documentation Practices supporting a medical device environment

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
