
Project Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Project Planning**: Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, including goals, tasks, timelines, and budgets.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software tools.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- **Resource Management**: Coordinate resources, equipment, and information necessary for project success.
- **Scheduling**: Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and key milestones are achieved.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and budget tracking.
- **Communication**: Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders and team members, providing regular updates and facilitating communication between parties.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans to ensure project success.
- **Quality Assurance**: Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations.
- **Budget Monitoring**: Track project budgets and expenditures, ensuring expenses remain within the agreed limits.
Pay: ₹10,684.96 - ₹39,927.40 per month
