Accounts Executive **(SAP FICO)**

**Reports To**: Accounts Manager / Finance Head

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Record and process daily financial transactions in SAP FICO.
- Support accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Assist with monthly closing, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance.
- Reconcile bank and vendor accounts regularly.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and supporting documents.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments for invoice verifications and approvals.
- Assist in preparing tax reports (GST, TDS) and audit requirements.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or related degree.
- Knowledge or training in **SAP FICO** module is mandatory.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles and standards.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

**Preferred**:

- Internship or training experience using SAP FICO.
- Basic knowledge of statutory compliance and tax filings.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the accounting domain.
