**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a talented and creative **Blender and FX Artist** to join our team and bring visual magic to life. You’ll be responsible for creating high-quality visual effects and dynamic simulations using Blender, contributing to immersive worlds, cinematic sequences, or eye-catching animations depending on the project scope.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and create stunning FX using Blender (particles, fluids, smoke, fire, cloth, etc.)
- Develop custom simulations and procedural animations to enhance visual storytelling.
- Collaborate closely with 3D modelers, animators, and compositors to integrate FX seamlessly.
- Optimize assets and simulations for performance across platforms and pipelines.
- Work with shaders, lighting, and rendering to polish final visuals.
- Troubleshoot and debug visual issues in Blender projects.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and new tools within Blender and VFX.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience using Blender for VFX and FX simulations (portfolio/demo reel required).
- Strong knowledge of physics-based simulations (particles, smoke, fluid, cloth, rigid body).
- Proficient in Blender's geometry nodes and shader editor.
- Experience with rendering engines like Cycles or Eevee.
- Solid understanding of animation, timing, and cinematic visual language.
- Familiarity with compositing and post-processing (in Blender or tools like After Effects, Nuke, etc.).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Nice-to-Haves**:

- Experience with game engines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity).
- Knowledge of scripting (Python) to automate workflows in Blender.
- Background in motion graphics or 2D/3D compositing.
- Familiarity with other 3D software like Houdini, Maya, or Cinema 4D.

Pay: ₹14,258.59 - ₹30,000.00 per month
