- Responsibilities_
- _Resolving Tier 2 inquiries (HR Case management system)_
- _Analyse and evaluate job profiles, initiate changes._
- _Manage compensation business process administration during annual merit and bonus cycle (in and outside of the System)._
- _Provide administrative support with all kinds of benefits administration._
- _Process service awards administration._
- _Provide benefits reporting._
- _Administer of Benefits life, medical insurance, pension plans, and other, depending on the country requirements._
- _Deep understanding of quality & compliance to US local laws & regulations is necessary requirement._

- Qualifications we seek in you_

- Minimum Qualifications_
- _Any Graduate / Postgraduate in HR Management, Business, Operations or in similar branch._
- _Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills in English._
- _Relevant experience in Benefits and total rewards._
- _Five Days working from Office_
