**Job Description | Project Coordinator**

**Experience required for the Job**: 1 - 8 years

**Job Location**: Mohali, Punjab

**Job Type**: Full Time (Work from Office)
**Joining**: Immediate
**Eligibility**:
A bachelor’s degree in business, IT, computer science or related field or an MBA.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in business analysis or a related field.
**Training period**: 2 weeks
**Increment Policy**: annually based on the performance
**Commitment period**: 12 months Minimum
**Working Days**: Monday - Friday other than all Saturdays, Sundays and Declared Holidays.

- Interaction with the CEO
- Final discussion with HRs

**Job Role: Project Coordinator**

**Product Planning & Management using agile methodology (maintaining agile compliance)**

1. Responsible for managing In-House Products for the company. Defining road map, managing deployment plans and sprints, managing revenue and pricing for the product.

2. Responsible for Project Planning & Co-ordinate with designers/front-end to develop wireframe of project.

3. Responsible for to handle a Team of Multiple Managers and development teams. Maintaining the ROI of each member.

4. Monitoring of risks (mitigation and contingency planning) and follow up for dependencies.

5. Managing end to end deliveries of the project

6. Change control (scope and schedule management) - estimations.

7. Review the work before delivery to Client/End User.

**Skills Required**: Jira/Azure Board, Scrum, Agile Methodologies, Project Planning & Management, Team Handling, Review and Delivery of Work.

**Experience and skills of Draw.io & Adobe Xd would be highly advantageous**:
