Associate - Warehouse (Inbound)

**Job Summary**:
The Associate Warehouse Inbound will be responsible for all aspects of warehouse inbound operations, with focus on safety and inventory accuracy. This role includes conducting regular safety trainings for storekeepers to ensure compliance and safe practices across all material handling and storage processes.

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:

- Coordinate all warehouse & logistics activities including receiving, storage/locating, picking, kitting of materials to put away in proper locations.
- Assign daily work priorities to ensure efficient workflow and efficiency.
- Ensure the implementation of warehouse digitalization initiatives
- Conduct daily Toolbox talks and safety training sessions with team members.
- Coordinate with purchasing, quality to ensure timely clearing the shipments.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in annual audits as required to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Communicate inbound shipment discrepancies to purchasing & ensure quick corrective action
- Ensure all activities implement to Emerson policies and standard methodologies.
- Capable to coordinate with transporter and our finance team for freight bills payment process.
- Knowledge on GST documentation.
- Processing international inward shipments starting from Bill of Entry, coordinating with CHA and freight forwarders and any other associated process.
- Responsible for return to vendor process.
- Any other associated tasks as and when applicable

- Hands on working experience on Oracle ERP
- Following Store procedures
- Ability to effectively with team members

**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain or warehouse management.
- Even a short experience in an Operation Department of a metal mechanic industry or in the Oil and gas Sector.
