**Job Title**: Purchase Executive
**Department**: Procurement / Purchase

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source, negotiate, and purchase construction materials, equipment, and services as per project requirements.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on price, quality, service, and delivery time.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliable procurement.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and inventory controllers to forecast demand and manage stock levels.
- Process purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
- Track deliveries and ensure materials are received in good condition and on time.
- Monitor and control procurement costs within allocated budgets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations in all purchasing activities.
- Assist in vendor development and qualification processes.
- Prepare regular reports on procurement activities and cost analysis.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Any Bachelor’s degree
- 2-4 years of experience in procurement or purchase, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of construction materials and vendor networks is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Tally, Oracle).
- Attention to detail with good organizational and time-management abilities.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Team player with a proactive approach
- Ethical and professional conduct in dealing with suppliers

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
