Employment Mode: 2 Year Fellowship

IndiVillage Foundation is looking for passionate and creative individuals to join our team as Fellows As a fellow you will be engaged with us for a period of 11 months, where you will implement the program and also build skill sets for your professional development.
**About Us**
IndiVillage Foundation helps children and young people in villages across India. We work on education and skills training. Our goal is to give them a brighter future by opening doors to learning, right from school to finding a good job. Our projects are growing, and we need someone passionate about making a difference in their community This is your chance to be a Fellow, working on our projects in the villages. You'll work with a wonderful team spread out across Bangalore, Yemmiganur, Raichur, Anantapur, Kymore and Bassi to make a positive impact.
**Here's What You'll Do**:
- Lead fun and engaging daily sessions in assigned schools, sparking children's imaginations and love of learning
- Manage and keep track of the amazing students you meet, helping us understand the program's impact.
- Support teachers in conducting sessions in classrooms.
- Conduct regular assessments to see how much your students are growing and learning.
- Work closely with school principals and teachers to ensure everyone benefits from the program.
- Go through training, workshops and boot camps for your professional development.

**Education/Training**:
- Any bachelor’s degree
