- Oversees the preparation of equipment for testing to ensure that systems perform according to necessary specifications on all platforms/projects/systems.
- Establishes validation standards and develops testing protocols for all platforms/projects/systems.
- Reviews and submits documentation of testing/validation results and confirms operations according to necessary regulations to ensure production quality all platforms/projects/systems.
- Provides technical leadership to team members on all protocols for testing/validation.
- Strong technical knowledge in relevant area of expertise - **Embedded Applications** testing, **RTOS & non-RTOS based systems**:

- Working Knowledge on connectivity technologies like **Bluetooth Low Energy, WiFi, LoRa, Sub-GHz RF, Zigbee**:

- Working knowledge on IOT communication protocols (**MQTT, AMQP ,COAP **etc.)
- Working Knowledge on cyber security aware designs

**OTHER COMPETENCIES**:

- Demonstrate sustained initiative, proven ability to work independently and take on complex tasks with mínimal direction
- Solid creativity and innovation ability to understand issues and take appropriate action
- Strong English communication skills - oral and written
- Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment
- Passionate about building high-quality systems with software implementation best practices
