We are looking of Finance officer - Receivable and payable for our Finance Team.

Qualification : B.Com and M.Com or MBA must.

Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare Sales invoice workings summary

Genarate Sales invoices from tally for all divisions

Reconcile with Debtors statements and its relavant reports

Accounting of Purchase invoices for all the divisions

Accounting of Contractor invoices and Labour wages bills

Reconcile with Creditors statements and its relavant reports

Prepare the Bank payments to Vendor and Contractors

Prepare employee and consultant salary and wages

Preparation of Bank reconciliation statement on periodically

Checking Invoices, bills and Vouchers filing and records maintenance
