Senior Specialist for project delivery and/or operations for Enabling data and support data modeling in the given business sub-capability. Partner with Business Stakeholders and TT Strategic Business Partners for demand analysis, solution proposal/evaluation, project delivery and data governance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure adoption of enterprise data management and enable data streams
- Ensure alignment to Security and Compliance policies and procedures.
- Delivery on agreed important metrics including business impact.
- Launch of innovative technology solutions across Novartis at scale.
- Business impact and value generated from IT solutions.
- Adoption and development of Agile, Productization and DevOps practices.
- Operations stability and effective risk management.

**Essential Requirements**:

- 5 - 7 years of experience in Enterprise Data Management implementation
- Industry/ Business Exposure to Master Data Management implementation
- Shown ability to Develop trust-based relationships with key regional.
- Stakeholders management

**Desirable Requirements**:

- Bachelors / Master of Engineering (Computer Sc, IT)
