Reporting to - Senior Operations Manager

About the Organization:
Job Summary:
Roles and Responsibilities:

- Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources.
- Maintain and update data in Google Sheets with high accuracy.
- Use advanced Google Sheets formulas, functions, and tools to process data efficiently.
- Create and share regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards using Google Sheets.
- Visualize data using charts, pivot tables, and add-ons for better insights.
- Automate recurring reports and processes.
- Use Google Apps Script to automate workflows and repetitive tasks.
- Develop custom scripts to enhance the functionality of Google Sheets.
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy by performing regular audits and validations.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data discrepancies and system issues.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand reporting needs and deliver solutions.
- Provide training and support to team members on using Google Sheets and related tools.
- Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- Implement secure sharing practices and manage access controls in Google Sheets.

Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in an MIS or data management role.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Drive).
- Strong knowledge of advanced Google Sheets features (e.g., VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, QUERY, Array Formulas, IMPORTRANGE).
- Excellent numerical and analytical abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
