Requirements gathering: Eliciting, analyzing, and validating business requirements from stakeholders for Pega-based initiatives.
Process modeling: Converting business objectives into detailed functional specifications, use cases, and process models.
Stakeholder collaboration: Acting as the liaison between the business and the technical development team to ensure the Pega solution meets organizational needs.
Agile methodology: Participating actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
Documentation: Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, and test cases.
Advisory role: Educating stakeholders on the capabilities of the Pega platform and advising on potential workflow improvements.
