**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inspection & Measurement** - Conduct dimensional and visual inspections of gears using micrometers, CMMs, gear analyzers, and other precision tools.
- **Process Compliance** - Verify that gear grinding operations comply with manufacturing specifications, blueprints, and GD&T standards.
- **Defect Identification** - Detect and report defects such as surface finish issues, improper tooth geometry, or deviations from tolerances.
- **Documentation & Reporting** - Maintain detailed inspection records, prepare quality reports, and support corrective action initiatives.
- **Collaboration & Improvement** - Work with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and improve grinding processes.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in gear inspection or precision machining quality control.
- Proficiency in using measurement tools (CMM, gear analyzers, micrometers, calipers).
- Strong understanding of GD&T, ISO standards, and manufacturing drawings.
- Attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
