PGT - Accounts and Business Studies

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Accounts and Business Studies to students.
- Develop and implement a curriculum that aligns with academic standards.
- Evaluate and assess students' progress through examinations and assignments.
- Foster a positive and interactive learning environment.
- Provide mentorship and academic guidance to students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall academic program.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate real-world examples into teaching.

**Qualifications**:

- Postgraduate degree in Accounts, Business Studies, or a related field.
- B.Ed. or teaching certification.
- Demonstrated expertise in Accounts and Business Studies.
- Previous teaching experience at the secondary level.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to integrate technology into teaching methods.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Assist in organizing extracurricular activities related to Accounts and Business Studies.
- Collaborate with the Head of Department and Principal in curriculum development, assessment strategies, or any other relevant duties assigned by the principal/management.
