Supervisor (Bricks Factory)

A Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of a construction site. This includes ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the client's expected quality standards. The Site Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining safety, coordinating teams, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Project Management**:

- Overseeing all aspects of the construction project, from start to finish.
- Developing and maintaining a detailed project schedule.
- Monitoring project progress and identifying potential issues or delays.
- Implementing corrective actions to keep the project on track.
- **Team Management**:

- Supervising and coordinating the work of construction workers, subcontractors, and other site personnel.
- Assigning tasks and delegating responsibilities.
- Providing clear instructions and guidance to the team.
- Resolving conflicts and addressing performance issues.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Enforcing safety regulations and procedures on the construction site.
- Conducting regular safety inspections and addressing any hazards.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations.
- Implementing emergency procedures and responding to accidents or incidents.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspecting the quality of work performed by the construction team.
- Ensuring that all work meets the specified standards and specifications.
- Identifying and rectifying any defects or deviations from the project plan.
- **Budget and Cost Control**:

- Monitoring project costs and ensuring that they are within budget.
- Approving invoices and payments to subcontractors and suppliers.
- Identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing them.
- **Communication and Reporting**:

- Maintaining effective communication with the project manager, client, and other stakeholders.
- Providing regular progress reports on the project.
- Documenting project activities and maintaining accurate records.

**Required Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
- Proficiency in using construction software and tools.
- Valid driver's license.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Training).
- Experience in specific construction trades or specialties.
- Knowledge of project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
