**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Navigate within the organisation to collaborate with key stakeholders to provide input, influence and build consensus to achieve the optimal delivery for Trade Operations and our clients.
- Working with technology & product partners to review & improve the design of systems, championing improvements to process flows to ensure scalability & to minimise manual touchpoints. Including input and review of BRD’s
- Process and system optimisation, with a strong focus on the operational toolset supporting IMOS clients.
- Manage the onboarding delivery lifecycle throughout the project lifecycle phases and identify and proactively manage the risk to delivery.
- Ensure strong controls are in place as well as standardisation in the end-to-end operating model.
- Drive &/or support training strategies & communications to drive successful operational adoption
- Create & deliver executive communications, status reporting, & metrics.
