**About Us**:
Yes Overseas Careers is a leading overseas education and immigration consultancy, helping students and professionals achieve their dreams of studying and working abroad. We are seeking a motivated and confident **Telecaller** to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential leads, students, and parents to promote study abroad programs and visa services.
- Explain courses, countries, and opportunities clearly and convincingly.
- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
- Follow up with leads to ensure conversions.
- Assist in scheduling counseling sessions and supporting the admissions team.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: Intermediate/Graduation.
- Good communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
- Confident, polite, and persuasive personality.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
- Freshers welcome; experience in counseling or sales is an advantage.
