The business intelligence (BI) Architect will focus on delivering the vision of the department through process, development, and lifecycle. They will work directly with management, stakeholders, and team members to define, design and deliver actionable insights while working with ETL developers and BI developers in an agile environment Responsibilities:

- Provide expert guidance on Business Intelligence (BI) skills and technologies.
- Develop security and authentication standards for the organization.
- Maintain accurate and complete technical architectural documents.
- Define BI standards, guidelines and best practices for business groups and technical teams.
- Develop business cases and ROI for department to get buy-in from senior management.
- Support BI tools upgrades in development, testing and documentation.
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting activities for BI tools.
- Diagnose and resolve BI tool capacity issues.
- Recommend strategies to improve performance and capacity of BI tools.
- Address customer queries and issues in a timely manner.
- Provide technical training on BI tools to junior staffs.
- Collaborate with BI Administrators, Developers and Analysts for successful development of BI reporting and analysis solutions.
- Work with business groups and technical teams to develop and maintain data warehouse platform for BI reporting
- Work on proposals and POC’s Job Skills Required:

- 10+ years of experience delivering business intelligence solutions
- Experience leading multiple, full lifecycle, large-scale Data Migration Projects
- Must have worked on Data warehousing projects and involved in supporting data modelling activities as part of building the data warehouse.
- Extensive leadership experience and strong teaming abilities
- Fluent in relational database concepts and flat file processing concepts
- Must be knowledgeable in software development lifecycles/methodologies i.e. agile

- including the creation of formal documentation
- Excellent problem-solving skills, time management and organizational skills

Schedule:

- Day shift
