**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company services (e.g., Apprenticeship, Staffing, TPA solutions).
- Handle inbound queries and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-up actions.
- Schedule meetings or appointments for business development teams.
- Update CRM and maintain daily call logs and reports.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.
- 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Confident and persuasive telephone manner.
- Prior telecalling or customer support experience is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹11,500.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
