Nail Technician

**Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging lesson plans and curriculum materials that adhere to industry standards and licensing requirements.
- Provide clear and concise instruction on the proper use of nail care equipment and products, emphasizing safety and sanitation protocols.
- Conduct live demonstrations of various nail techniques, ensuring students understand each step of the process.
- Offer individual coaching and guidance to students, tailoring instruction to their needs and learning styles.
- Evaluate student progress through practical exams and written assessments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked training area.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in the nail industry, incorporating them into the curriculum as appropriate.
- Promote a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters student confidence and success.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Nail Technician in a salon or spa setting
- Prior teaching or training experience (a plus)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Enthusiasm for the nail industry and current trends.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
