About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize and design static and motion graphics for social media, campaigns, websites, presentations, and ads.
- Edit videos for reels, promos, YouTube, and brand stories using Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects.
- Work closely with marketing and content teams to deliver visually appealing creatives aligned with brand guidelines.
- Design creatives for print such as brochures, banners, hoardings, and merchandise.
- Animate graphics for digital platforms, including intros, outros, and transitions.
- Contribute fresh ideas, styles, and techniques to elevate the brand’s visual identity.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design and video editing work.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Experience in designing for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.
- Strong attention to detail and creative thinking ability.
- Knowledge of Canva and Figma is a plus.
- Basic photography or illustration skills are a bonus.
