**Employment Type**: Full-time, In-office

**Work Hours**: 9AM to 6PM

**Working Days**: 6 Days, Monday to Saturday

**Compensation**: 2.4 - 3LPA

**About the company**:
Our client operates in the premium fragrance industry, specializing in the creation and distribution of high-quality, non-alcoholic perfumes and attars suitable for a variety of occasions and preferences. The business is based in India and is known for its diverse offerings that cater to both men and women, including roll-ons, combo packs, and luxury blends.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day accounting entries and processes using Marg 9+ software.
- Update and maintain accurate records for sales and purchase bills.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure real-time stock updates within Marg 9.
- Maintain and reconcile accounts; assist with periodic financial closing.
- Collaborate with sales, inventory, and audit teams for seamless workflow.
- Conduct and report Monthly Stock Analysis & Profit and Loss (PnL).
- Prepare and file returns for direct and indirect taxes—including ITR and TDS calculation and payments.
- Manage TCS (Tax Collected at Source) compliance for applicable sales.
- Oversee complete e-commerce accounting processes: credit notes, data upload, and bulk upload.
- Undertake GST reconciliation, including matching with GSTR-2B and facilitating 3B/9 audits.
- Maintain excellent records for audits and statutory compliances.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience working with Marg 9+ software.
- Sound knowledge of GST returns & reconciliations
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and processes.
- Experience managing Direct & Indirect Tax, ITR, TDS, TCS, and monthly PnL/stock analysis.
- Experience in updating sales and purchase bills and day-to-day accounting tasks.
- Proficiency in inventory management and maintaining up-to-date stock records in Marg 9.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in an office environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Daryaganj, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
