**IELTS Trainer**

Einstro Academy is looking for enthusiastic and experienced professional IELTS trainer to join our team in Chennai. We are looking for IELTS Trainer who is passionate to deliver good score and is creative, hardworking with an urge to prove himself/herself. You will be working full-time at our office located in Thoraipakkam, Chennai.

**Responsibilities**:
Deliver live sessions online and in the classroom.
- Teaching IELTS including spoken English to students.
- Responsible for making teaching plans, setting tests, examination papers and exercises.
- Lead student discussions to keep the sessions interactive, exciting and engaging.
- Monitor the student's performance and track the progress.
- Able to work on flexible timings as per the student's convenience and time zones.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IELTS Training is preferred.
- Willing to take up weekend batches.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Must be aware of IELTS system well and its examinations.
- Good Presentation and Teaching Skills.
- Should be a Tech-Savvy.
- Self-Motivated and a keen learner.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students of all age groups.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 28 per week

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
