Key Responsibilities:

- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities and follow up regularly to ensure conversions.
- **Account Management**:

- Oversee the execution and delivery of products/services to clients in alignment with their needs.
- Monitor account performance and ensure that client expectations are met.
- Track and report on account health, ensuring accounts are growing and evolving as needed.
- **Problem Solving**:

- Address any challenges clients face, troubleshooting issues related to service delivery, quality, or other concerns.
- Coordinate with internal teams (such as customer support or technical teams) to resolve issues quickly.
- Proactively identify potential issues before they escalate, and suggest solutions to clients.
- **Contract and Proposal Management**:

- Create and present proposals or quotes based on client needs and requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure business.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork and contracts are completed and processed.
- **Reporting and Administration**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and account status in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, account status, and market trends.
- Forecast future sales and revenue for each account to help guide strategy and growth.
- **Collaboration with Other Teams**:

- Work closely with marketing, customer support, and other teams to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share client feedback and help refine products or services.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
- Use market insights to better position the company’s offerings and enhance sales strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Education**: Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field; experience in a specific industry can be beneficial (e.g., tech, advertising, finance).
- **Sales Skills**: Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet sales targets.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and reporting.
- **Relationship Management**: Ability to build strong relationships and maintain client satisfaction.
