**Job Responsibilities: -**
- Build a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for promotion of Practina App / Plan and execute campaigns to increase app downloads and boost the total user base via apps.
- App Analytic tools - Hands on experience with leading app analytic tools like AppsFlyer, Localytics, Google Analytic, Sensor Tower, Appannie.
- Create, run and optimize campaigns to increase Practina App download and increase no of subscribers/users via the app itself.
- Drive performance marketing via Google Ad Words, Facebook & Instagram Ads, Quora Ads, Taboola, Display Ads, etc and remarketing lists to promote downloads.
- Establish, implement and measure the effectiveness of mobile app paid advertising initiatives to drive adoption and engagement of a mobile app.
- On-page and Off-page activities for Play Store and App-Store.
- Collaborate closely with mobile app teams, technical, business, and support teams to manage simultaneous time sensitive projects.

**Skills required : -**
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Extensive experience in Mobile Installations, Social Media Management, online and offline Marketing & Branding.
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
- Creative problem solver who is passionate about inventing new ways to approach retail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is expected.
- Excellent understanding of consumer brand advertising strategies especially in the digital and high-technology mobile and social space.
- Ability to work under pressure and target driven environment.
- Graduate/Post Graduate in any field.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
