**Job Description -**

 Must have leadership and a good communication skills.

 Should be a good people manager

The foreman will be responsible for complete supervision of the site.

 They will have to create and maintain the construction schedules.

 Hire and manage the team at site.

 Training the new staffs.

 Ensure construction equipment and materials at site is properly maintained

 Report daily progress of the project to the reporting authority.
