We are pleased to announce a fantastic career opportunity with one of the topmost multinational corporations (MNCs) across the globe. We are currently hiring for the position of Process Associate to join our team at our Gurugram location.

**Job Opportunity**: Process Associate

This is a permanent, full-time role with a competitive salary ranging from **22,000** to **26,000** in hand. The shift for this position will be on a rotational basis.

**Profile Summary**:
**Primary Job Responsibilities**:
Proficiently navigate and utilise various computer screens to deliver efficient service.
Interact with customers, clients, and vendors, escalating concerns to the appropriate supervisory staff when needed.
Participate in assigned training sessions to continuously improve client and customer satisfaction, enhance job performance, and stay informed about client information.
Adhere to all company and Contact Center policies and procedures.
Complete assigned tasks as directed by Management.

**Education and Essential Experience**:
Minimum 6 months of experience in a BPO or Travel industry.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent for undergraduates.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills, including business technical writing.
Willingness to work in a contact center environment with 24/7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
