Hostel Warden(Full-time)

**Responsibilities**
- Residential Facility Management:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hostels and ensure students' adherence to rules and regulations.
- Supervise and manage a team of hostel staff, ensuring the provision of efficient services, including cleaning, maintenance, and security.
- Coordinate allocation of rooms, monitor occupancy, and supervise room inspections to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and adherence to policies.
- Maintain accurate records of hostel residents, including personal details, attendance, and incidents.
- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment conducive to student learning, personal growth, and overall well-being.
- Student Welfare and Discipline:

- Foster a supportive and respectful atmosphere within the hostels, mediating conflicts and resolving student issues promptly.
