**Responsibilities**:
**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage project’s scope and timeline
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.
- Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and scope changes
- Resolve conflicts and remove blockers
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
- Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
- Help build a productive environment where team members own the product and take pride and accountability for it.
- Implement key performance metrics to measure the scrum team’s performance and report to senior management.

Qualifications:
**Qualifications**:

- 10+ years of experience in the software industry
- At least 5 years of experience as a scrum master
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
- Good knowledge of Agile framework and its implementation using JIRA
- Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Degree in Computer Science or Business
- Scrum Master Certification a plus
