Job Description:
As a doctor assistant, your role will encompass a broad spectrum of responsibilities within the field of cosmetic treatments. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional service to our clients through a variety of facials, full-body laser treatments, and providing vital support to our medical professionals during skin and hair treatments. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to the success of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Doctor: Collaborate closely with our medical professionals to support various cosmetic treatments, ensuring a seamless and efficient patient experience.

Client Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of the treatments administered to each client, contributing to their personalized care plans.

Customer Satisfaction: Prioritize the highest level of customer service, offering a warm welcome to clients and fostering positive relationships.

Client Engagement: Update client records with contact information and a history of treatments received, making personalized recommendations for products and services that best suit their needs.

Renewals and Upselling: Take an active role in renewing client treatment plans and upselling relevant products and services to enhance the customer experience.

Clinic Appearance: Take responsibility for maintaining the cleanliness of the clinic and ensuring the proper maintenance of machines and equipment.

Client Issue Resolution: Address client complaints in a professional and timely manner and report any accidents to management as per established procedures.

Brand Advocacy: Support the clinic's business objectives and promote a great brand experience through your work.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Highly motivated and eager to learn.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of cosmetic treatments, products, and procedures is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
