**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content for social media channels.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior.
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic reach.
- Support in setting up and managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and generate performance reports.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visuals for digital campaigns.
- Assist in managing and updating the company’s website and blog.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

**Qualifications & SkillsRequired**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and a proactive attitude.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).

**Preferred**:

- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, or social media scheduling tools.
- Knowledge of content management systems like WordPress.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Basic understanding of HTML or website management is a plus.
- Prior internship experience in digital marketing is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
