**Job Description**:
Manufacturing Finance supports Manufacturing and Supply Chain functions with Financial Counselling relating to Mfg & SC domains, Product Costing, Inventory Accounting & Financial Closing, Mfg Productivity controls, Financial Reporting & Planning, etc.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- _ Leads to provide insights and establish predictive analytics of financial performance to stakeholders to develop and improve upon Plant Financial P&L and Balance Sheet Targets_
- _ Executes analysis on mfg variances and support plant managers with a weekly forecast_
- _ Engages in Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Operating Plan cycles partnering with M&SC, other Finance teams or BGs; input to other planning progresses_
- _ Provides commentary on Cost of Goods Sold key drivers, CAPEX analysis, Product Costing, Inventory Valuation, and additional Ad Hoc Analysis_
- _ Provides month-end analysis with financial commentary, presents of financial performance etc._
- _ Support and ensure compliance with 3M Global Financial Standards (GAAP) & Indian GAAP (IGAP)_
- _ Possibly support other plants as assigned, BG’s gov’t tender cases, and National Statistics_

Job Qualifications:

- CA/CMA (completed and verified prior to start)
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance and/or Accounting from an accredited institution, and the qualified Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant is preferred.
- Minimum 4-5 years of work experience in Finance area, preferably in Manufacturing & Supply Chain Finance role
- Proficiency with ERP systems preferably SAP, BPCS, S2K
- Proficient with MS Office and data analysis
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
- Effective interpersonal skills
