Role Overview:
The MIS Executive will be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather, organize, and analyze data for efficient decision-making. The individual will play a key role in designing and implementing systems to streamline data reporting and management, ensuring that insights are easily accessible to the management team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect data from all departments across the organization.
- Ensure accurate and consistent data collection practices are followed.
- **Data Management & Analysis:

- Organize and consolidate data using Excel and other relevant tools.
- Create dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights into company operations.
- Analyze data to identify trends, successes, and areas needing improvement.
- **System Development:

- Understand existing systems, good with Excel, and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement new systems for efficient data handling and reporting.
- **Decision Support:

- Present data in a manner that supports management decision-making.
- Develop a system that provides a clear three-year view of data for strategic planning.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with various teams to ensure timely and accurate data reporting.
- Support the Director and management in achieving a clear view of company performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

- **Technical Skills**:

- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including creating graphs, dashboards, and analytical reports.
- Knowledge of data visualization and reporting techniques.
- **Analytical Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify patterns and insights from data.
- Ability to present complex data in an easy-to-understand format.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Calm and composed with good analytical skills, who is confident & good in communication.
- Team player with the ability to gel well with a close-knit team.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on systemization and efficiency.
