_We are an Atlanta based company working in the Jewelry Industry and are looking for a customer service representative that is able to interact in _**_fluent English_** _language with our customers with regards to their custom jewelry orders. The position is remote, whereby the agent can work from home._
**Responsibilities**:
- Communicating with customers through messaging platforms and voice calls
- Loading queries/requests from customers on to the company’s platform to initiate design process
- Prioritizing orders for customers and between customers based on customer needs
- Communicating with manager regarding customer queries and concerns
**Skills**:
- Must have Good Command and **fluency **in communicating in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Good Memory to recall things easily
- Comfortable with using WhatsApp as a means of communication with customers
- Immediate communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple accounts at a same time
- Basic computer knowledge, with preferred Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Fast learner and ability to prioritize work
- Needs to be Organized and should have good management skill
Hours
- 11am - 7 pm (Eastern Standard Time)
- Monday - Saturday.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
