Diploma or Degree in Mechanical and having 3-5 years of experience as a Purchase Executive.
- Taking the requisitions form site engineer i.e. Material Request Form (MRF) & Service Request Form (SRF).
- Prepare a BOQ and send to Vendors / Contractor for Quotations. Follow up with them for Quotations.
- Prepare a Comparative Statement. Prepare a Purchase Orders / Work Orders for Various Project’s Once Estimation is gets approved.
- Send Purchase Orders / Work Orders to Vendors/ Contractors once get approved.
- Manage all communication for purchase order with vendors and ensure timely delivery of all products & facilitate corrective actions as required.
- Manage all communicate for work order with contractors & ensure that work is completed within given time period & as per bar chart shared with them by site engineer.
- Analyze all vendor invoices & evaluate with all quantity received. Checked updated records of invoices.
